Expert Diesel Parts offers a 12-month warranty on most parts starting from the original purchase date. Other parts such as electrical components, sensors, bolts, long blocks, short blocks and aftermarket parts may be limited to a 6-month or 3-month warranty. The warranty covers the replacement of a failed part due to defects in material or workmanship and includes the cost of shipping the replacement part. It does not cover labor, towing, shop fees, or any related costs. This is a limited warranty and not a "money-back guarantee."
What the Warranty DOES Cover:
- Defects in workmanship and components (manufacturing related defects).
What the Warranty DOES NOT Cover:
The following conditions are not considered failures due to defects in material or workmanship and are not covered under warranty:
-
Improper installation – Parts must be installed according to manufacturer specifications and standards specified by the vehicle, equipment, or engine manufacturer. Failures resulting from incorrect installation will void the warranty.
-
Tampering or disassembly – Any modification, tampering, or disassembly of a product voids the warranty.
-
Fuel-related contamination – Damage caused by water, debris, excessive carbon buildup, alternative fuel or other fuel contaminants—or the use of non-recommended fuel types or additives are not covered.
-
Oil contamination or starvation – Failures due to improper lubrication, oil contamination, or lack of oil flow are not covered.
-
Physical damage – Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, dropping, excessive force, overtightening, or improper handling.
-
Performance modifications – Parts used in modified engines, including emissions deletes, defeat tuning, or aftermarket power enhancements, are not covered under warranty.
-
Non-standard fuel usage – Warranty does not apply if the product is used with non-recommended fuel types or additives. Reference your equipments fuel usage specifications to ensure the correct fuel is used and that your warranty is not voided.
-
Shop fees, labor, or towing costs – The warranty covers replacement parts only and does not include reimbursement for labor, diagnostic time, towing, or related expenses.
Important Installation Reminder: Before installing any new fuel system components, including fuel injectors, pumps, or filters, ensure that your fuel tank and all related fuel line components are thoroughly cleaned and free from contamination. Failure to replace or clean these components properly can result in premature part failure due to fuel contamination, which is not covered under warranty. Taking these steps before installation will help ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Important Warranty Notes:
- All warranty claims are subject to verification of the product’s serial numbers and unique markings. Please ensure that the item you return for warranty processing matches the product originally purchased from us.
- Replacement parts or refunds will only be processed after the warranty evaluation has been completed in full. Under no circumstances will a replacement part be sent before the warranty process is finalized.
- Use of fuels not meeting the equipment's specifications, including but not limited to high-sulfur diesel or improperly labeled off-road diesel, may result in damage to the engine and emissions control systems. Such use will void the warranty. Customers are advised to verify that all fuels used comply with ultra-low sulfur diesel (ULSD) standards as specified for their equipment.
Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances shall Expert Diesel Parts be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any part purchased from us. This includes, but is not limited to, labor costs, towing fees, rental vehicles, shop fees, loss of income, or damage to other vehicle components. Our warranty covers the replacement of the defective part only. We are not liable for damages arising from vehicle modifications, emissions deletes, or unauthorized tuning. Warranty coverage is void if the part has been misused, improperly installed, or subjected to fuel contamination or inadequate maintenance. The warranty is limited to the original buyer and cannot be transferred.
Acceptance of Warranty Terms: By keeping and using the product, you agree to the terms and conditions of this limited warranty. If you do not agree with these terms, you may return the unused product in its original packaging in accordance with our return policy.
