HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? 

Shipping is free on all products. Each product description specifies whether it qualifies for free 2-day shipping or standard shipping. When you proceed to checkout, you'll also see the shipping method applied to your order, whether it's 2-day free shipping or standard free shipping. We also offer overnight shipping for an additional charge, which can be selected at checkout.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We use UPS Service for our shipping inside the USA. We are slowly expanding to ship internationally in which case, shipping carriers will vary. Once we ship out your order, you will receive an email or text with the name of the shipping carrier and tracking.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Yes, we just started offering shipping to Canada, Australia and Great Britain. We will soon expand our shipping capabilities to offer our parts to more countries. If you would like us to ship to your country, email contact@expertdieselparts.com and let us know.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

I AM TAX-EXEMPT. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT BEING CHARGED SALES TAX?

Yes! Before placing your order, please email us a copy of your current sales tax exemption certificate. Once we confirm that it’s been added to our system, you can proceed with your purchase. Be sure to use the same email address you contacted us with, as our system identifies tax-exempt accounts based on email addresses. Email us at: contact@expertdieselparts.com.

Finding the right part for your machine is easy with our tools and support:

1) Use Our Website Tools:

  • Start by typing the part number or keyword into the search bar at the top of our website.
  • You can also use our filtering tools to narrow down your search based on specific criteria like machine type or part category.
  • We include as much machine and part number reference information as possible to make your search seamless.

2) Confirm Fitment:

  • If you're unsure whether a part will fit your machine, check the detailed product descriptions provided on each product listing.
  • For additional accuracy, have your machine details handy, such as the make, model, year, and machine and engine number (ESN).

3) Contact Us for Assistance:

  • If you’re having trouble finding a part or want to confirm fitment, our team is here to help.

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time (5:00 PM Eastern Time) Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. All parts listed on our site are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise stated. If a part is out of stock, the listing will clearly display 'Out of Stock.' You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your package has shipped.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number that you can lookup to track. If you have any other questions, please contact: orders@expertdieselparts.com.

DO YOU HAVE A CORE CHARGE? DO YOU ACCEPT CORES?

No, we do not have a core charge, and at this time we do not accept cores.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase as long as the part is in new/unused condition. Please visit our Returns Page for more details.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

Most of our items have a warranty policy. If you have questions about the warranty on a specific product, email us at contact@expertdieselparts.comor send us a message through our contact form. We will get back to you within 24 hours (typically sooner). 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

For lost packages, reach out to us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the shipping carrier and ensure a resolution.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately before attempting to install or use the product. We will work with the shipping carrier to address the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary. Please provide clear photos of the damage, including the product and packaging, to help expedite the claim process.

Note: Installing a damaged product will void any shipping claims, as the product needs to be reviewed in its original condition. Always inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues promptly.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A DELIVERY EXCEPTION DUE TO A WRONG ADDRESS?

In the event a shipment is returned due to the customer being unreachable or an address being incorrect, the customer will be directly responsible for all return shipping charges. If the customer chooses not to have the order redelivered, a 15% restocking fee will also apply.

IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ABOUT SOME PARTS?

Our normal hours of operation are M-F from 8 AM to 5 PM PDT (11 AM to 8 PM EDT). If you call and we are not able to answer, please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

WHAT MACHINES DO YOU SUPPLY FOR? 

We sell OEM parts compatible for Bobcat, Doosan, Kubota, CAT, John Deere, Case, Komatsu, Volvo, Yanmar, New Holland, Isuzu, Hyundai, Daewoo and more. We also provide parts for Daewoo, Hyundai and Doosan excavators, along with Doosan forklifts or lift trucks. If you are looking for parts specific to the Doosan or Hyundai excavators or forklifts, please send us a request by email at contact@expertdieselparts.com.

WHERE IS EXPERT DIESEL PARTS LOCATED?

Our company is based in Central California. Although we solely operate as an online store, our location ensures we can ship parts quickly and efficiently to customers across the country.
